Thinset Removal

We specialize in residential flooring remodels, and thinset removal is usually part of the process.  Thinset removal can be a messy, dirty process without the proper equipment and knowledge.  We have a special process of removing floor tile and thinset, that virtually eliminates any dust!  We remove floor tile with an extremely clean method we have perfected, and our competitors do it in the usual messy, dusty fashion, leaving your whole house covered in fine dust.

The PB-1250 is the industrial vacuum that we use when scarifying concrete, removing thinset, paint, sealers, and other contaminants from the subfloor.  This vacuum alone costs nearly $4000.00!  It takes on the dirtiest environments without ever clogging the filters. 

The patented filtration system is able to maintain lift and suction from start to finish.  Unlike today's standard "shop vac," which begins to lose suction once the filter becomes faced with debris (which is about 5 minutes of grinding), CDCLarue Pulse-Bac vacuums automatically and continually flushes dust and debris off the filter, preventing them from becoming faced with debris and clogging.  Pulse-Bac Technology works by flushing the filters clear every 15 seconds using only ambient air and vacuum, no blowers, compressors, shakers, or buttons to push.  This way there is absolutely no down time, which means the concrete grinding process is completed quicker, and is less costly.

So how does this vacuum benefit you as a homeowner?

• This industrial vacuum will save you money!  It has the ability to remove large amounts of concrete dust efficiently with no down time cleaning filters.  When someone is charging you by the hour for grinding, what is the best value?  Someone who has to stop every 5 minutes, carry a cheap shop vac outside to clean the filter, carry it back inside, hook it back to the grinding equipment, then turn the shop vac on, which runs "dirty" pushing dust inTO the air inside your home?  Or....someone who has the right equipment, which allows them to grind non-stop with no loss of suction, and virtually no dust?

• Your home will stay much cleaner using our equipment, than with the typical equipment being used by competitors.  The more furnishings, pictures, drapes, shutters, windows, artwork, cabinets, etc. you have, the cleaner they stay.  Nearly all our competitors use ineffecient grinders, and usually with no dust collection equipment.  They cost more because they aren't efficient, and they also leave a swath of dust that will fill every inch of your home.  This is a horrible experience no homeowner should ever to live through!
