Tile Installation Phoenix

When considering tile installation, most people think there is only one way to install ceramic tile and the only difference is the cost.  Actually, there are many different approaches to tile installation and each impacts the cost and aesthetics.  I'd like to take a moment and delve a little deeper into some of the different approaches to tile installation.

Our tile installation consists of carefully maintaining narrow grout joints and ceramic tile cuts around baseboards and door jambs.  When grouting a tile installation, we use Custom's Prism grout.  This grout is 3 times higher in quality, plus the color and shade of the grout is maintained throughout your ceramic tile installation.  No more dark or light areas of grout because it will all be the same color and consistent.

We use sanded colored caulking that matches the grout at door thresholds, showers and tubs to prevent unsightly cracks or gaps in the grout of your tile installation.

If baseboard installation or removal is part of your project, we also use the matching colored caulking to eliminate cracking at the bottoms of your baseboards.  This caulking is carefully applied and once dried looks exactly like grout.  This in effect "welds" your baseboards to the ceramic tile, making grout cracking impossible.

We take the time to check your sub floor for flatness and to report our findings to you.  This attention to detail can make the difference between and average an exceptional tile installation.

For your tile installation we have virtually dust free concrete grinding and concrete leveling services that we are able to provide, unlike our competitors who do not offer this type of custom service.  No waiting for days to find an outside surface preparation company who in most instances lacks the professional equipment that we own.

If you can picture a tile installation as a little like getting a haircut, you will see that the end result is determined by the company and individuals who will perform the tile installation.  If you were to get a haircut from 10 different barbers, would you expect to get the same haircut from each of them?  Not really!  You might get a haircut from one that only takes 5 minutes and you might get another that takes 30 minutes.  Chances are the one who took more time also displayed more attention to quality and detail.  The same is true with tile installations.  Some companies and installers philosophy is to install and complete a tile installation as quickly as possible, regardless of whether quality standards are maintained and observed.  We subscribe to the philosophy that it's better to take the time to do it right the first time.  This perspective has helped us maintain our reputation for tile installations that are of the highest quality.
